After twelve years of experience, including eight spent with starred chefs, Cédric Legrand has decided to go ahead. “I wanted to horn in” on receipts that I created rather than on chefs’ dishes.
At 27, father of a young daughter, he got tired of preparing receipts of others.
In 2008, he took over the “Auberge de la Rivière” (renamed Au fil de l’O). “I drove past it every day to go to Laventie”. With his wife Andie, they have rearranged the restaurant. A terrace on the bank of the Lawe, two dinner rooms, a lounge next to the bar at the entrance. |
